  • Pack your items snug as a bunny in their original condition.

  • Slap on that pre-paid label, and off they go! Drop them at your nearest shipping center or schedule a pick-up.

  • While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with the delivery every once in a while. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

    You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the fulfillment date. Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

RETURN POLICY:

The return address is set by default to the HOK facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

TO MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. Original Condition: Returns must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, free from defects, stains, pet hair, odors, or any signs of use. All tags must be attached.

  2. Condition Check: Items showing obvious signs of use, including makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains, may be refused.

  3. Prior Approval: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Jewelry and accessories are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  5. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or specialty items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at returns@houseofkensington.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES: 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit, if any. Return shipping costs are only reimbursable in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@houseofkensington.com.

REFUND MERCHANTS:

Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

FOR EXCHANGES

Once your new order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming your exchange along with a new order number and tracking information. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
